What motivated you to join the VFPC? After completing a Culinary Diploma through the Art Institute of Vancouver, my passion for food shifted from cooking to learning more about food systems. Being involved with VFPC allows me to learn and contribute to our local community’s food security.
What are your areas of expertise in the food system? (and/or) What are your skills? Non-profit organizations, Marketing/ Communications, Public Relations, Sustainable Agriculture.
Tell us one interesting fact about yourself; (and/or) What is one of your proudest food system-related accomplishments? I am currently attending the Sustainable Food Systems program at KPU and the Permaculture program at Langara College.
